(July 30, 2013) Director Darren Aronofsky is almost finished making a movie about Noah and the Biblical flood. According to Warner Todd Huston of BREITBART.COM, it stars Russell Crowe as Noah, Emma Watson as Ila, Anthony Hopkins as Methuselah, Jennifer Connelly as Naameh, Logan Lerman as Ham, and Ray Winstone. Says Huston, "Some interviews with the stars lends credence to the idea that Aronofsky is going in an environmentalist direction." And that got me thinking..

Russell Crowe Plays Noah in new Aronofsky Film

Film history tells an interesting story about such flics. Unless the film is all-in, worshipful, and reverent in its presentation in the true Classical sense, where good is good and bad is bad and never the twain shall meet, the film will fail. It won't be accepted, not because it won't be well written or well directed or well acted, but because it won't be true to the Book. The Word as well as word of mouth is always critical.

Look at DeMille's Ten Commandments. He had every cleric that was worth his salt, including Billy Graham, on his side. The script was drawn from several books, the Torah & Pentateuch, and even the Q'uran. The film's dramaturgy was also heroic, from the research on the costumes to the exactitude of the guesses about the sets. The music, composed and conducted by Elmer Bernstein is some of the most grand and worshipful music, ever. It all paid off. In today's bucks, it made over a billion dollars.

Fast-forward to Monty Python's Life of Brian. Eric Idle, who has always been jealous of Jesus (and everyone else, even though he has more talent in his knee-sweat than most people have in their entire bodies) wanted to do a movie called Jesus Christ - Lust for Glory. NOBODY, except the MPFC people, wanted it to be done. Most still don't, regardless of the fact that the final Brian product doesn't make fun of Jesus at all. However, it very much does make fun of organized religion. It made a lot of money for a Brit movie - about $200,000,000 in today's dollars, but most of that was spent on production and advertising.

In the end, it is obvious that the DeMille model is the better way. The Passion of the Christ proved it. If this movie can follow DeMille, it will do well. I just hope they throw a sop to Biblical archeologists who are researching the Black Sea Flooding Event as the possible Flood of Noah.

As the Ice Shelves melted at the end of the last Ice Age, the Atlantic Ocean rose above the pillars of Hercules and created the Mediterranean Sea. But Ma Nature wasn't through. As the Mediterranean rose, the waters pushed through the Hellespont to become the Sea of Mamara and eventually built up all around and overflowed into what is now the Black Sea (the Black Sea Flooding Event is also known as the Black Sea Deluge Hypothesis). Many Biblical Scholars believe that this event is what was recorded in the Story of Ut-n(o)ah-pish-tim of the Epic of Gilgamesh and Noah of "Genesis" in the Torah.

So, yeah, there was global warming that may have caused Noah's Flood. What it wasn't then and isn't today was/is man-made global warming. And since there's going to be a lot of water and it's going to star Russell Crowe, I just hope the movie will be as good as Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World.
 

THE REAL PHONY - THE UNRAVELING OF PRESIDENTIAL LIES

(July 25, 2013) Not only was the President's Wednesday speech full of untruths, he has once again, tread where a caring person would not go.

It is a shameful thing that Patricia Smith and Becky Gerritson have to speak out at all, but the mother of Sean Smith, who was killed in the Benghazi attack and the IRS-persecuted leader of Alabama's Wetumpka Tea Party did not shy away from the bullying floated by Barack Obama.

"I believe this administration is stonewalling the investigation, taking the Fifth, and now calling it 'fake' or 'phony,'" said Ms. Gerritson. Smith's mother's words were similar. You can read the entire story at NEWSMAX.COM. Both spoke on the FOX News Channel.

Now, it's one thing for the President to be political. People expect that. But this President has elevated the argument by floating the Big Lie - that he hasn't screwed up in the handling of his bureaucracy and that his incompetence has caused deaths to both Seals and an Ambassador.

Anyone over the age of 50 knows about who told the big lie and the Second World War that then followed. The trouble is that there are a LOT of people who are under 50, who never, ever, heard that story, because they don't teach modern European History in High School. Oh, they CALL it that, but you'd never guess that was what it was from sitting in the class.

Well, now, Obama has told the Big Lie, that there are "Phony Scandals." And it's time to call him on it. Next time you talk to your local newspaper editor or publisher, ask him or her why they don't do stories on the President's lies. See what they say.
 

ANOTHER CAN OF 'WHOOP-NUANCE'

(July 24, 2013) MSNBC heralded the President's speech, today as a "Strong statement of the President's vision for the economy." It's rubbish, of course, as was the President's speech. Never mind that the President's scandals are real, if we have learned one thing about economies over the past 60 years, it's that static economic models are inaccurate. They don't reflect the dynamics within an economy and do not take into consideration chaos theory variations which plague ALL game theory (see the failure of American Manufacturers this week - real money is in cash as P/E margins increase, and 46% of defaulted home owners who were given a government second chance, have re-defaulted).

Fancy words. What they mean, in plain English, is that the President doesn't have a clue about how the economy works, and he showed his ignorance, today. It also means that NBC, ABC, CBS, MSNBC, and CNN don't have clue, either. But they will pretend to know and call you stupid if you don't believe them.

The economy is NOT BETTER. It's not going to get better until the Fed is either ended, itself, or stops printing money. Real inflation has caused a stagnation in the economy so great that it will take at least two years of real pain in order to correct it. In real English, that means the economy is a lie and that the President is lying about it.
 

RUMBLINGS OF MIDGETS IN A LARGE BARREL

(July 23, 2013) As predicted, the stock market is losing control of itself. Again, we have to look back at the market tragedy of 1987. As the summer pressed on, no-one thought that the market would ever go down. We are there, again. But unlike 1987, the volume is tiny. Back then, the telling markers were the separation of the NASDAQ from the DJIA - everyday stocks had no real investors, while the large stock companies had nothing to go on but hubris.

The Dow has separated from the NASDAQ. Meanwhile, low volume
helps market to seduce itself upward. Large firms are hoping you'll
jump in, so they can sell out.

Today, there were a lot of companies reporting their earnings and it looked good. Problem is that most of these companies have good earnings because they are gutting themselves or selling off parts or increasing prices or firing workers, not because they have done better. When a company is doing poorly, in order to look good in the market, they have to do these things. The market itself is not strong at all.

Even more troubling is that many companies have increased their costs for goods and services. Nobody will see it or at least report on it, and that's because the government lies about inflation. If you discount grown by real inflation (10%-15% over 12 months), the economy has not grown at all. It's not just soft, it's almost invisible.

Another problem is that the EPA is causing a huge slowdown in several areas of the economy. Coal, Natural Gas, and Gasoline prices are climbing because of over-regulation, and this summer we are seeing the results of years of this economic bureaucratic abuse.

So, as FOX Business, CNBC, and Bloomberg traipse merrily into the woods, thinking everything is wonderful, the smart money is playing puts and calls, and otherwise, staying out of the slowly-flushing market toilet.
 

CAN SOUTH CAROLINA LEARN THE LESSON OF DETROIT?

(July 22, 2013) Where did the money go? Yes, there are monies that Detroit will not be able to make pension payments in the future, but there are billions of missing dollars. Where did the money go? Detroit spent money like a drunken sailor. They promised their people things. But the bottom line is that the citizens voted themselves their representation all by themselves.

Now let us turn inward to South Carolina. We have spent so much money on social welfare programs that we are having to borrow money to fix our roads. Our state retirement program has been so badly managed that we pay the most in fees and get the smallest return. We have state senators and legislators who have carved out little fiefdoms with OUR tax money. But instead of kicking out these "Princes," (or Princesses) their constituents keep re-electing them. And the state keeps going further into debt.

could be any South Carolina city or highway.

Are we going to learn Detroit's lesson before it's too late for us? Government MUST get smaller. Spending MUST be pegged to the actual amount of money that is coming in and how much we can reasonably cut. And this will ONLY happen when our citizens vote out anyone who is not or has ceased to be a fiscal hawk. That's a LOT of Democrats and not a few Republicans.
 

BILL'S RULING AND THE 1st AMENDMENT

Of course, I hope I would never have to, but I truly think I would, and I believe, he would for me - although he would probably not want to either. You should know this before reading this article and consider it when making your evaluation of my arguments.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. - 1st Amendment.

(July 21, 2013) As much as I'd like to say, "Hell, NO," Bill Traxler's majority ruling, Friday, from the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, is, in my mind, right. I WANT to shout to the skies that the 1st Amendment is inviolable and that a reporter should never be placed in a position to have to give up his sources, but the fact is that the 1st Amendment protects the right to print the truth without inhibition of any kind - and that right cannot be abridged.. A journalist, no matter how humble can tell and tell and tell and tell, until his or her lips fall off from the effort.

What the 1st Amendment cannot do is shield a perpetrator from prosecution for his crime - even if that crime is an injustice to the citizens of the State, as in this case. There is no doubt in anyone's mind that the CIA is punishing NYT reporter James Risen for catching the Bush Administration and the CIA with their pants down. And make no mistake, there is no real crime that has taken place, here; This is a case of injured hubris.

But the fact is that Congress is so lazy, it has built up a group of laws and rules that are so pernicious, that the CIA can ACT as though there has been a crime committed, when, in fact, there has not. The meaning of "Security" as defined by the Government needs to be simplified and defined down, so that ONLY actual cases of espionage can be prosecuted.

But the way the LAW is written, by the lazy bastards in Congress, and the Constitution being written as the founding fathers intended (and they NEVER intended treachery and treason to be part of the 1st Amendment), Bill had to rule the way he and the other judge in the majority did.

Again, I am not saying that we do not need to have better laws or even that we should not add another amendment to indemnify reporters and their sources. I am simply saying that if you want strict constructionist interpretation of the law and the Constitution, THIS IS WHAT YOU GET.

And Bill Traxler is right.

IRS - DEEPER AND DEEPER

Years-long studies at the Yerkes Primate Institute show that even gorillas and chimpanzees will present a solid front, in order to protect the Alpha-prime, if the attack he is leading, fails. But if the Alpha-prime is injured or killed, the group will fall apart, until a leader emerges, sometimes weeks from then.

The problem with the IRS's improper investigation of political groups is that the Alpha-prime, Lois Lerner, really isn't an Alpha-prime and her backstop just backed all the way out of the building. She is a lone target, and even the folks on her side are ready to start firing.

The IRS is so far down the rabbit hole, there may be no way out, short of a Presidential pardon. When the hearings crank up again, things are going to get REALLY interesting.
 

THE CAROLINA DOG

As the NAACP and Race Pimps keep shifting their "grievance" from an untenable conviction of George Zimmerman, to an understandable denial, anger, bargaining, and depression over the verdict, to an irrational argument against Stand Your Ground laws, and as the Issa Committee prepares to tie the IRS scandal to the White House, I thought I'd talk about something more important: Carolina Dogs!

There is a great article in The New York Times Science Section, all about the dog, whose existence as a pre-Columbian wolf descendent has now been certified. To quote a little:

Now, a new study of canine DNA backs up the folklore. A team led by Peter Savolainen at the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden has reported that several dog breeds in the Americas — among them the Peruvian hairless, the Chihuahua and the Carolina dog — are without some genetic markers indicative of European origin, suggesting they arrived in an earlier migration from Asia.

With the Justice Department trying to force South Carolina and other southern States back under their thumb, pretending it's the '60's all over again, negating our simple law which demands that each voter be who he or she is, it is imperative that conservatives and libertarians get registered and vote. IT'S ABOUT THE JOBS, STOOPID!

Immigration is the engine that makes the American Dream real. Legal Immigration, that is. The rally on the Mall, today, that you may not have heard about from the MainStream Media (MSM), was a sea of faces of all colors and cultures. What was their message? Amnesty for illegals is an automatic job killer, from the bottom up.

We, at SwampfoxNews.com have given up trying to pretend the President knows how to create jobs, other than government positions. What has been created, about 6 million jobs, represents a large group of people who have been moved from full time to part time, but in the same job. Most of that comes as a reaction to Obamacare. Nevertheless, the job gets counted as created, all the same.

When you fill the entry level positions with former illegal aliens, you keep unemployed citizens from finding honest work.

There is a lot big money behind the Senate bill, which has already been shown to be a failure waiting to happen. Big money. Big Computer and Big Business money. This should be a red flag for any thinking person. Buddy Capitalism (fascism) fits perfectly into this scenario.

But what is so disheartening is that the arrogant Senate thinks they can march across America, demanding that people who disagree with them are racist, or foolish, or want to destroy the Republican party. As if.

The reverse is true, and the responsible action is to reject the Senate bill. It's about jobs.
 

THE REAL REPUBLICAN PARTY PROBLEM

The Republican Party has a real problem. Fortunately, it's not the problem the Democrat party has, which is one of rottenness at the core. The problem for the GOP is which vision of the party can best lead America.

The people of America hunger for representation that reflects their wish to be left alone to pursue their own fortunes in their own way according to their own lights. Unfortunately, that does not generate the kind of enthusiasm necessary to create a winning political party. Hence, you have desire without ability to commit. The result is frustration and eventually psychic disassociation.

The sane thing to do is try to take over the Republican party, but the seniority is not ready to step aside and they are NOT conservative and certainly not the libertarians that the majority of Americans are. Result? Either the TEA party breaks away and begins to form its own party of true conservatives and libertarians, or both the TEA party and Republicans become minority efforts.

There is a third way, but it lives in the world of fantasy. The Republican Seniority, seeing THEY are the reason for whatever losses there have been and the TEA party is the reason for whatever wins there have been, drops this funereal procession towards self-extinction and listen to the rank-and-file members and TEA partiers and join with them. Of course they won't, because they have been in politics so long that most of them have skeletons in the closet, and that they are now being manipulated by the DEMS who have, at least, done their dirty homework.

(Saturday Night, July 13, 2013) We, in South Carolina, have come from Slavery to Emancipation to Theft by Yankee carpetbaggers of freed slaves' 40 acres to Black State Congresses to Jim Crow to The Marches to Civil Rights to Racial Nostalgia.

This was not murder. This was not manslaughter. Zimmerman was not "White." [sidebar: I loathe racial classification. The amount of melanin in someone's skin is irrelevant. Culture is learned group-behavior and it can be un-learned.] Zimmerman was saving his community some bucks and volunteering because some BLACK friends had been burglarized. The Prosecution withheld exculpatory evidence from the defense. The Judge did things that would have thrown the case out had it gone to appeal.

When Bush '41 was elected, I really thought we had turned the page on playing the race card. But, Clinton and Obama have killed that dream. Now, we will have a week of "racial injustice" protest, and we will be even more divided.

When the stupid protests happen, just keep remembering people like Dr. Ben Carson, Herman Cain, Thomas Sowell, PhD., who are conservative and brilliant and believe that to be an American is enough, and thank God that the Right is right, and the buffoons on the left, who want to re-live the '60's, are wrong.

THE FINAL FIX IS IN (THE MARKET)

After an exhausting year of research, SwampfoxNews can now affirm that the goal of the Obama Administration is to transfer wealth to as many Democrat cronies as possible, hoping along the way to transfer some of that wealth to the voting entitlement class. This way, if they do not win in 2014 and 2016 - a win for them would actually be the worst possible outcome for them - the Demo Elite will walk away with hundreds of billions of paper dollars, leaving the country (and the entitlement class) destitute and the DOW at 1,000, or a 1 P/E.

Here's how it will work:

We already know the market is being pushed up by computer trading with little or no volume. At a time, least predictable by tech and fundamental formulae, the Elite will get out; and when they are gone, the computers will taper off, so as not to look suspicious. It's really not that hard to do.

Once the computers shut down, the stock markets will crash. The fed will flush dollars into the market, but no-one will buy, since the smart money and little money hasn't been in the stock market since Dec. 2008. They've invested in hard assets like oil, land, precious coins (which have not varied as much as the so-called "spot" prices of precious metals.) The Elites? Well.. we'll have to see where they'll put their paper cash, if markets will accept it.

When it will happen.

This scenario will occur when the Democrats lose control. So that could be 2014 if the Republicans chase away the RINOS in the House and the Democrats in the Senate. With a Veto-Proof House and Senate, the Constitution could be re-asserted and the Obama Administration could be neutered or impeached. It could happen as soon as the inside polls show the change was real, or even as early as the spring before, if signs are strong enough. We might see a severe dip this fall, as well.

But, frankly, if someone is in the market at this point, he or she is going to be a professional trader, a fool, or one of the Elite. The smart money should be elsewhere.
 

NOT EXACTLY JUDGE JUDY

We told you earlier that the judicial system in Florida, in the Trayvon Martin case, has been compromised by the President of the United States. (see the article in breitbart.com on new documents proving this) Today in court, the judge did something that will guarantee the case will be thrown out on appeal, and there is NOTHING the judge does from now on that can change that. She forced the defendant to answer, denying the help of counsel, whether or not he was ready to testify. She came back later and tried to change the order of things, but it was too late.

Judge Deb Nelson has tainted the trial by her actions, almost guaranteeing a mistrial, if there is a conviction.

In ANY court of law, you CANNOT force someone to testify for or against themselves, EVEN ABOUT TESTIFYING. It's a simple Fifth Amendment violation, straight up and down. She shouldn't have done it. She did it. It was wrong. This case is toast, no matter what the verdict.

At best, the prosecution will get a retrial, which they can't win. The best for the defense is almost any other outcome. But be warned, there is NO TELLING what a jury will do.
 

SOME WORDS OF WARNING FOR PEOPLE TAKING TOPAMAX™

I have this thing about not letting my students get near me for any reason. One, there is the propriety issue, but even more important is the influenza reason. Students are rabid with diseases of the young. This is not to denigrate young people - at one time, I, too was lousy with youthful bugs and sniffles, itches and rashes - it comes with the territory - all that amazing trembling and clumping together that kids do when they get together in groups and in pairs.

I got bushwhacked!

"Oh, Professor Anderson! Thank you for such a wonderful semester," she slobbered all over me from behind.

I didn't have a chance. I weaseled away from the giantess's clutches (she was 6'3"), but it was too late. Yes, she admitted she had come down with something just that morning, but she couldn't be contagious, could she?!? And she just HAD to thank me for the grade, which she didn't expect to get, even though I had explicitly spelled out for everyone in the class how grades were awarded.. GOOD GRIEF!

Two weeks to the minute, I lost consciousness and didn't wake up for 18 hours. When I did, I had a throat that a cheese grater would recognize and a slight fever. Now before going further, you need to know that I've been taking Topamax for weight loss and having some real success. I also wear a copper bracelet for back pain, which is another irritatingly weird story. I don't know why it works, it just does. So, off to the doctors, I go.

The dear boy prescribes a Zpak, which is a five day regimen of Azithromycin. Two days into the treatment, I wake up with a mouth full of fire, the sides of my mouth are sloughing off, and my lips feel like a five pound salt lick. I also felt as if somebody tied an anchor to my eyes and stomach. I would have had to die to feel better.

The short part of this story is that nobody was interested in helping me with the symptoms, so off to DuckDuckgo.com I go. Guess what? Diabetics on insulin are particularly susceptible to the side effects of Azithromycin.. AND cupric oxide poisoning.. AND the side effects of TOPAMAX! AAAaaaarrrrggggghhhhh!

Anyway, I called my doctors and told them what I thought ought to be done and dang if they didn't agree with me. You hear that, you bumbling, over-regulating clowns in Columbia? IT'S WHY THEY CALL IT THE PRACTICE OF MEDICINE!

ANOTHER MUST READ ARTICLE FROM BREITBART.COM

I really do like to write. But, once again, I have read a remarkable editorial at Breitbart.com. I'm not going to quote the entire article here, although I could.. I want you to go to breitbart.com and take part in the Gettysburg experience for yourself as much or as little as you can.

The article is "Gettysburg Aftermath" by Jarrett Stepman. We pick it up about halfway through..

When the war ended the South lay in ruins. Edmund Ruffin, a Southern radical who signed up for military service in his 60s to see John Brown hanged at Harper's Ferry and claimed to have fired the first shot at Fort Sumter, wrote in his final diary entry:

I here declare my unmitigated hatred to Yankee rule—to all political, social, and business connections with the Yankees and to the Yankee race. Would that I could impress these sentiments, in their full force, on every living Southerner and bequeath them to every one yet born!

Though sentiments like the ones expressed by Ruffin remained strong in the South for some time, it was leaders like Abraham Lincoln and Robert E. Lee that gave the region new life after the war. Lincoln, who reserved his wrath for the "ingenious sophists" that lead the Southern states to war and ruin, had "Dixie" played on the White House lawn when the surrender was formalized at Appomattox Court House.

Lee convinced Confederate President Jefferson Davis to avoid an insurrection and guerrilla war that would in the end cause far more harm to the South. Lee never hated the United States and did not view those who fought against him as the enemy. He always called Union forces "those people."

Lee's United States citizenship was restored by President Gerald Ford on August 5, 1975. It is the spirit of Lee that became the heart of the South, not the spirit of Ruffin. A recently released poll showed that Southerners, more than the people of any other region, are the proudest to Americans.

Free from the curse of slavery and now fully embracing the free-market capitalism that was frowned upon in the days just before it, the South is now a bastion of freedom and economic growth. The South also preserved traditional American values that were so apparent in their fighting spirit during the war, which is one of many reasons it is so important for Americans to look back and memorialize the valor and sacrifice that took place on the battlefield of Gettysburg 150 years ago.

I could not say this any better. Most of you SwampfoxNews.com readers live in the South, and you know these words to be true. No, we are not perfect, and there are some who are still worthless bigots - of ALL colors. But they are few, easily spotted, and quickly marginalized, voluntarily, by the rest of us.

Yes, this is my South; this is our South; because we revere the Constitution and truth it proclaims - and that truth IS the United States of America.

The South does not need to rise again. It is already risen. It lives in the hearts of all who have forgiven and embraced each and all as soldiers in the every day fight for the cause of freedom, self reliance, an equal playing field, voluntary charity, and limited effective government.

One of my fun hobbies is reading all of the various blogs every day. One of my favorite national blogs is Breitbart.com. I like to read the comments. Some are just wretched drivel and insults. But some, like the one you're about to read from a guy named Bob McCarter from California, is sheer perfection. I told him I was going to steal this and show it to you. The thought, intellect, and heartfelt feeling that went into this piece is at once understandable and so deep as to be almost unfathomable. On this Fourth of July, I offer his work for your enjoyment and thought.

A Renewed Declaration of Independence, July 4, 2013

When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life - the Right to not just my Life but that which I would Produce in the Course of it; Liberty - the Right to Live my Life as I see fit; raise my Children as I see fit; produce and use the products of my Labor as I see fit, without Government interference and regulation, so long as I deal with other Persons Honorably; and the pursuit of Happiness - pursuit, not the Guarantee, and to be responsible only for my own happiness, as Others are responsible to Theirs;. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just and only Authority from the consent of the governed, in whose name all Authority for Governance remains. It is not the function of any Government to provide these Rights, as they are gifts from God and Governments are not equipped to make this provision; rather, manifesting these Rights is the duty every Individual has to himself.

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right, nay, the Obligation, of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to secure these Rights to which they are entitled by the Grace of Divine Providence. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind is more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they have become accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Governance, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these Patriots; and such is now the necessity which calls upon them to Restore their original Systems of Limited Government, as laid out by the Wise Men that Founded this great Nation. The history of recent Administrators of our Government, in the Executive, Legislative and Judiciary, is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these free Patriots. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

• to view our Constitution as a framework to expand the authority of Government rather than as constraints on the expansion of governmental authority as envisioned by our Founders;
• to interfere in, tax and thwart the free exchange of goods and services between the People, the true engine of wealth creation, and to lie to the People that wealth is finite and must be redistributed rather than expound the Truth that the free market is a creator of new wealth and the true manner in which People are raised from poverty and into Prosperity;
• to create a tension between the “haves” and “have nots”, thereby creating envy and malice among the People, so that divided, the People are more easily ruled;
• to create confusion in the People by substituting “social justice” for true Justice, and compelling them to believe that all Rights, Responsibilities and Obligations are held in the collective rather then the Individual, the opposite of the Conclusion reached by our Founders after exhaustive research, discussion and prayer;
• to create a nation-wide educational system, the purpose of which can only be to make the People ignorant and controllable, as evidenced by the dismal results of this education system;
• to create a system of wealth transfer, from the productive to the unproductive, for the purpose of creating an underclass of Citizen and buying their allegiance to those in power in order to maintain their own power;
• through their unjust and confiscatory levels of taxation, to siphon off large amounts of wealth of the free market, and to use this for their own aggrandizement; so that they may live like royalty well in excess of the average lives of the People, whom they are charged with serving;
• to abdicate their responsibility to coin money as provided for in the Constitution;
• to vest that Authority in a cabal of bankers, whose interests are not those of the free People of the United States;
• to create unaccountable bureaucracies whose sole purpose is to control the People and their interactions among each other, in direct opposition to their charge to protect the Right of Liberty of the People;
• to allow an invasion across the southern border of this Nation and refuse to protect the Nation from the influx of persons that come to take advantage of our economy and generosity; to allow this influx so that they may gain additional voters that will keep them in positions of power and to obstruct laws established in States to protect the right of the true Citizens of this Nation to not have their vote diluted by those not in this country legally; to provide this mechanism for corporations to obtain ever cheaper labor, hindering the ability of the true Citizens of this Nation to pursue their Happiness;
• to enact legislation in favor of these usurpers and against the legal Citizens of this Nation, an act of Treason;
• to declare as “rights”, privileges, services and goods, which are not rights at all but the responsibility of a Free People to provide for themselves;
• to substitute the natural generosity of the People for taxation and redistribution and lie that this is “charity”;
• to give aid and comfort to enemies of the People, and their Liberty, and commit such treasonous acts as paying ransoms to despots, giving weapons and aid to avowed enemies of this Nation and signing treaties among nations that place the interests of other nations above the Interests of this Free Nation, in direct Defiance of their charge to serve the interest of the Citizens of the United States of America;
• attempt to limit our Second Amendment Right to keep and bear arms for protection of ourselves against criminals and despots;
• to violate our Fourth Amendment rights by spying on us in our homes and communications;
  and further
  
• the Executive branch of government, through executive order and selective enforcement of laws, has usurped authority that is relegated to the Legislative branch in our Constitution;
• the Legislative branch has abdicated its Authority under the Constitution to the Executive and, more so, has passed laws (income tax, welfare, health care, amnesty etc.) which usurp Authority from the States and the People, as provided for in the Constitution in contravention to their Oath to Defend and Uphold our Constitution;
• the Judicial has abdicated its responsibility to defend the limits on power as outlined in the Constitution and in such abdication, has diminished the Liberty of the People and placed them on the path to serfdom, in abandonment of their Responsibility.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A President, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our brethren, those souls lost in the pits of “public” dependency. We have warned them from time to time that their attempts to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us, through their malfeasance and that of the politicians that control them through the Public purse, are unconscionable and cannot be tolerated . We have reminded them of the circumstances of our Founding and that it is their obligation to provide for themselves and, in so doing, further the economic possibilities for us All. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. But at every turn, they have mistaken our Generosity as Weakness, and come to expect us, through their political masters, to provide them with more than mere sustenance, but fruits of industriousness which they have done naught to earn. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Charitable, Just and Patriotic Citizens of the United States of America, in in our God given Rights and Authority as Sovereign Citizens, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of this Nation, solemnly publish and declare, that We withdraw our Consent to be governed by Despots, that We are Absolved from all Allegiance to the current Administrators of our Government, and that all political connection between us and the usurping politicians and their minions that deign to “rule” us , is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that we declare ourselves to be Free and Sovereign Citizens, with the Authority to govern ourselves. We seek not to overthrow our Government, for as founded we find it to be wholly adequate to the Principles enumerated above, but rather to enlighten our fellow Citizens that the administration of our Government has been usurped by venal and malicious politicians to whom we no longer pledge Allegiance. By virtue of new technologies that did not exist in the days of this Nation’s Founding, we will construct a new means of Administering the Constitution of the United States of America.

Join with us as Free, Prosperous and Self Reliant People, or languish in Servitude under your political masters.

And for the support of this Renewed Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
