(The Swamp) --
REMEMBER HOW THE CLIMATE CHANGE PEOPLE SAID
THAT CLIMATE CHANGE WAS CAUSING THE POLAR BEARS TO DIE OUT?
Well, the Arctic expedition to highlight global
warming is having to bring guns in order to fight off polar bears because there are so many.

'Nuff said.
CLOWN PRESIDENT PUNTS BUSINESS PART OF OBAMACARE
INTO 2015
Frankly, I'm glad for all the big businesses' sakes that he's passed his Imperial edict.
Of course, if you are a small business or have private insurance or have no insurance, you're screwed. That part of the
bill still goes into effect in October. Only those individuals who can't afford insurance will be able
to afford Obamacare.
What a sad and predictably silly man this President has turned out to be.
COURT TESTIMONY: TRAYVON MARTIN NOT A KID, NOT SO INNOCENT
I have tried to avoid talking about the Martin/Zimmerman trial all this time, because
I had a feeling that what we were getting from the MSM (mainstream media) was not the whole truth.
I suspected such because I had received word that Attorney General Holder had sent word from the President
that this case WAS to be prosecuted. Now we know that, even if my source had been wrong, which she wasn't,
my suspicion was justified.
Now that it has been entered into evidence, it's official that Martin had hid in the bushes
and jumped out at Zimmerman. Very few news agencies have talked about that aspect until now. You expect ABC News
to hide the facts and CBS to do the same. You expect NBC News to make stuff up. But even FOX had not talked
about these facts much.
6'2" 17 year old Trayvon Martin, who knew mixed martial arts, jumped out
of the bushes and attacked George Zimmerman. If the jury finds this to be
true evidence, then, de jure, George Zimmerman shot Martin in self defense.
|
The fact that Trayvon Martin HID in the bushes is critical. It goes to Martin's motive
and whether or not Zimmerman was following Martin or not. If you have been through the CWP process, you
know that following someone is risky business. Under certain circumstances, it could become the equivalent of
dueling or "throwing down," as they say in the street. Both people become perps and both become subject to
whatever restrictions and laws appertain. If Martin was hiding in the bushes, then HE was stalking Zimmerman, not
as the prosecution has styled the charges.
I'll say more as the trial progresses, but right now, I'll say that if Zimmerman was acting
in his role as neighborhood watch agent, and Trayvon Martin attacked him from the bushes as Zimmerman testified on
video and audio tape, then his shooting of Martin is nothing more than Justifiable Homicide, as sad as it is.
I-95, I-85, I-385, I-26, I-77 NEED REPAIR & WIDENING, NOW
Going to make this short and sweet because I'm completely exhausted. Today,
I drove from Hunting Island to Greenville in blinding rain, and that was bad enough, but it could
have been fatal for me, my family and many, many others who travailed in other cars. Why?
Because our interstate highways are a damn joke.
I-95 has so many large cracks, cavernous potholes,
and sinking sides, it has simply become dangerous. It's as bad as I-85 near Charlotte used to be back
in the early '90's. Actually, much worse. I-77 is getting there. I-26 as a beautiful black ribbon
which is more choked than stubborn old man's colon. SO is I-385. I-85 needs to be widened to five
lanes each side.
I don't know who our State highway planners are, but they should have their private
parts shorn off and fed to ungrateful wild animals. Whose blessed idea was it to limit our most traveled
highways to two lanes per side? Certainly, in a state with as much revenue as we produce in a year, we
can raise enough cash to pay for plenty of lanes.

Two-laned I-95 in the rain is a menace. It's not any better when it's dry.
Don't tell me it wasn't their fault, that they were only planners, that it was the
legislature's fault. Even if it was the legislature's fault, the planners were cowards for not
blowing the whistle on the poor planning. Worse - they may even have been a party to waste of public money
by their silence.
No? Oh, yeah, that's right.. we have a "First Steps" program which funnels money to
organizations which funnel money to state legislators. We have public housing programs named after
people who would be arrested under the Ricco act, if they weren't protected by the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
We have unelected civil servants serving with complete ignorance on committees of critical importance causing
the committees to appear completely incompetent - all the while making six-figure salaries which could fix
at least a bridge or two.
We have bureaucracies like DHEC fining and stifling private businesses or at the very
least, incapable of preventing the EPA from destroying private businesses in our state like fishermen on our
coasts. Never mind the immorality of it all, their actions and/or inactions force us to lose literally billions of
dollars in revenue from the taxes of successful businesses.
We have agencies like DSS making so many mistakes that the state is perpetually in some
expensive lawsuit over some screwup, and of course, there are the "travel expenses" of the legislature itself. And
when you have a Governor, who's not perfect, but better than anything we've had for 12 years before her,
trying to clean things up, even a little, all we get is racist name calling from the paid basement bloggers of
the power people who are getting shut out.
So we are left with having to borrow money to get our highways and bridges functioning again - forget
passable. And to think, back in the fifties, people used to look to South Carolina as one of the best states in the union
when it came to highways.
CONGRATULATIONS TO SOUTH CAROLINA'S
BILL HAAS AS HE WINS THE AT&T NATIONAL
Don't forget he's Greenville's Bill Haas, too. I'm just sayin'.
SO, HAVE YOU BEEN WATCHING THE WILD SWINGS ON NO VOLUME
THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS?
Well, have you?
I'M TALKING TO MYSELF, BUT YOU CAN LISTEN IN..
Yes, I'm ecstatic. There is more personal freedom, right now, than
at any other time in the history of our nation, yet, there are more threats to our personal
freedom than ever before.. But that's not what I want to talk to you about; What I want to say
to myself is and you can listen in:
DO NOT SELL YOUR GOLD AND SILVER!
That's what I want to say. Am I listening?
I'm not speaking on behalf of traders in precious metals, nor futures traders. I'm
speaking directly from those of us who HOLD specie - junk silver, gold coins, the actual metals
themselves. There are many reasons for this, but I will talk about the ones that will effect us,
here, in South Carolina.
- The economy is a big, fat lie
The ONLY reason people think things are going great is a stock market, manipulated by friends
of the government. There are very few jobs being created, the jobs that go wanting are too
complicated for the workers who have lost their jobs, and the education system is so corrupted by
unions and bad school boards that complete political reversal is the only answer - and that's not
going to happen. Our most influential Senator is more interested in giving his breastmilk to illegal
aliens and he has seen to it that our Junior Senator is all but a figurehead. Tim rarely sees our
senior senator. I will remind you that Jim DeMint, as a freshman, was shepherded around by
none other than Strom Thurmond, who went out of his way to make sure Jim would get good
committee placements.
- We're back to NO VOLUME.
No UpVolume, that is. Plenty of DownVolume. Government churning and burning. See "raging inflation."
- There IS raging inflation
Go buy a loaf of bread. Buy a gallon of gas. Buy a suit or a decent dress. Are you or are you not
paying twice or more than the price you were paying when His Majesty, Barack the First, assumed
the throne? Anyone who says differently is either lying or trying to sell you something, or both.
- ByDecember 2014, something really outrageous WILL HAPPEN.
If things stay the same, and they probably will, some of the crazies who run the government will become
so disillusioned, that they will do something on the level of machine-gunning a row of 3rd graders.
I am still convinced that we will see race riots in Northern and West Coast cities (Atlanta and DFW
are Northern Cities), but that's not the same thing. I'm saying that the Progressives and Liberals
will be so frustrated that their stupid ideas aren't working that they are going to take it out on us, PHYSICALLY.
I really do think so.
- The Fed HAS to stop printing worthless paper eventually.
The American dollar must fall of its own weight, no matter how many lies the President and his
homeys tell. Look at what happened the other day when all the Fed did was HINT it
was going to stop QE - printing worthless paper.
- What The Liberals Call The Middle Class Isn't the Middle Class
You just can't say it in public. But, in two years, people will be calling an entrenching tool an
entrenching tool. The real middle class works for a living. It doesn't suck from the government
teat. It expects the government to provide the services it promised when it took the money
in taxes and fees and FICA and Medicare and more taxes.. But that's a different animal altogether. And if it couldn't provide the
services, the government shouldn't have promised. But it did promise, which means even more stress
on the economic system.
- The world thinks the President is a Clown
He even repeated the mistake that Kennedy made in Berlin - He is actually so stupid he said in German,
"I am a sweet roll," instead of "I am a Berliner." Of course you saw what happened in Russia and the way
China treats us and we have no suasion at all with South America. And forget Mexico and Canada. The
only people that listen to us are the Keynesian morons in the UK and Japan. When the ball drops, they'll
be looking after their own currency and be no help at all, just like 1929. or worse.
Look at it like this, dude. You have bought a commodity. Right now, the value is
depressed. If you sell it, now, you've got a loss. If you hold it, when it goes back up, you'll have a gain.
And in any case, its true value is hidden by lies and other deceits. But its true value will return.
Use this opportunity to buy more. We may see as low as $14/oz on silver. (I don't do gold, remember)
But that's chartsy fartsy stuff. The real value of silver is sky high. The wickedness
of our President has insured both its current demise and its eventual return. You're going to buy it going
down, and buy it going up, when it does.. in two years or sooner. By then, unfortunately, it may be
the only currency people will accept. Maybe. Am I listening?
The Passing of Daisy 6/25/2013
Even a world of complete chaos has a beginning. It may have more than one. Or at least,
I'd like to think so. Today, we took our 14+ year-old black Labrador Retriever for her final visit
to the vet.
DaisyCutter Anderson, or Daisy the Wonderdog, in her first year, came to visit us as we stood on our street
corner, chatting with neighbors on a warm September afternoon in 1998. She simply walked up
and stood by my son, and that was that. We advertised for weeks, but no-one responded, and I think
I know why; she had run away from her previous owner for a reason - a reason that involved pain.

Published, famous picture of DaisyCutter at 3yrs

Daisy at 13, cuddled up with one of her many wubbies
|
With the help of the vet and many Lab owners, we guessed she had been born
some time in early April as a "throwback." Somewhere along the line, one of her great great great
grandsires had had a Newfie in the woodshed, and she was slighly woolier than the normal female
black Lab. She also had a flat head, which is rare in female black Labs.
I love black Labs. Now don't get me wrong, I love ALL Labrador Retrievers, but White and Golden Labs
don't live as long as Blacks, on average, and Chocolate Labs tend to be hyper, which is fine, if you have
that much energy, but why not get a Border Collie, instead?
Anyway, Daisy was the smartest dog I probably will ever have, and she was definitely
the sweetest. She spent most of her life at my feet, while I worked in my home office. My wife is a Skinnerist and could train a snake to
stand up straight. But Daisy was no snake, and except for the inability to verbalize and the lack of opposable
thumbs, Daisy easily had the IQ of a 2 year old. Even at the advanced age of 13, she could learn new tasks
and learn new ways of avoiding doing what she was told to do (independent learning is often expressed in avoidance
behaviors, something grammar school teachers repeatedly miss.)

Younger, wetter daisy

Daisy just being Daisy.
|
Her clock was finely tuned. She KNEW when it was time to eat. At 7:00pm, whether we were
ready or not, she would quietly come to the kitchen door and lie down, which was the signal for us to start
getting supper ready. If we had not begun fixing supper by 7:30, she would find us and put her head in the
lap of whoever was sitting. We would get the message. Once supper was done, it was her time to eat. She
would get scraps and her regular dog food. I would yell "Democrat Time," and she would saunter up to
her bowl and eat, then take her bowl and place it in the dishwasher for cleaning.
I felt no guilt at calling out "Democrat Time," because she did no real work and depended on
others for her daily bread. The only thing she contributed was emotional satisfaction, which, at one time made
me want to call her "Clinton," but my wife balked at that, as Daisy was no cheater.
So, over the past few months, and very swiftly, this wonderful bundle of velvety black joy
had become old and full of pain, aching deeply, even in such little things as trying to stand, which, eventually,
she could not do anymore. Each breath was becoming a task more difficult with each attempt, rasping loudly
at the end. At 102lbs of bones and sadness, down from a robust 135lbs of muscle and clownish excitement,
she moaned, even when lying down - in the end, most painkillers making her nauseated or completely incoherent. She had
become only an old shadow of misery; she was no longer a DOG.

Elder Daisy, greeting passers-by

The once and future Daisy..
|
I will not bore or sadden you with the details of her dispatch, except to say Foothills Veterinary Hospital
gave her as quick and as dignified a sendoff as one can have in this sort of situation, the family gathered 'round.
As much as anyone can love an animal, I love Daisy. I say present tense, I love daisy, because I
believe - I hope - she is alive somewhere. God would be a very cruel deity indeed, if he allowed us such bliss as the
friendship of such a companion on Earth, only to deny us the same bliss in heaven. I will even go so far as to say
I do not believe in a God who would not have DaisyCutter in his heaven. He would be a fool not to have her. But I know
that he would, so those words themselves are foolish, indeed.
Some day, we will get to see her again. When that day comes, it will be a day of wonder and joy.
Too simplistic? Maybe. But you don't know Daisy the Wonderdog. Maybe some day you'll get to, because when you
do get to meet her, you'll know you're in heaven.
THE IMMIGRATION BILL STILL SUCKS
If you haven't called Lindsey Graham's office, this is the time to do it. 202-224-5972. He won't change his
mind, but it will give him an idea of how many votes he's going to lose in the 2014 election. Oh, and don't bother
going to his web page, his "contact" page has removed "immigration" as one of the topics you can contact him about.
No foolin'!
YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE THIS ONE:
FROM THE BLAZE: The IRS Sent $46 Million in Tax Refunds to 23,994
'Unauthorized' Aliens - All at the SAME Address in Atlanta!
However, the Atlanta address that received millions of dollars in refunds was not the only address
apparently housing thousands of "unauthorized" aliens. In fact, it wasn't even the only address in Atlanta that was
claiming such a situation. READ MORE.
My only question is, why hasn't the exceptionally honest Jim Clyburn not said anything
about this?
John Maynard Keynes Got a Bloody Nose, Today
Toward the end of the day, Thursday, the market returned to real volume. That is to say,
people who had been waiting to see a sell signal began to sell and volume, which we saw prior to
the false Obama market, sprang to life in the last one and a half hours of trading. The Keynesian
Paper Party might be coming to an end, and nobody wants to be the last guy in the room with a paper hat.
Some poor fools, about five minutes before closing bell, jumped back in, pushing
the market from 400 points down to 300 points down, but were immediately beaten back down
fifty points, whereupon the market closed down 350 points for the day. Futures for tomorrow's
opening are all over the board.
Even so, I do not believe this is the big crunch. Why I know this is because
people think there is no meaningful inflation, which of course is another lie, engendered by our
beloved administration. Gold and silver are at such unbelievable bargains that not to buy at these
levels is to tempt fate. Even junk silver is lower than it has been, historically, for years. However,
if people do start buying metals as stocks go down, that might be a sign of bigger, darker things.
You're going to hear a lot about "disinflation" and a"punctured economy" and
the need for more stimulus, but it's all crap. What we have is exactly what most of us real money
people have been predicting since the quantitative easing fiasco began; The eventual collapse of
the world-wide currency bubble.
Only economies which can back their paper with actual PRODUCT of some kind - oil,
metals, fungible market product - will survive the coming crash. But we're not quite there, yet. In fact,
if we can rid ourselves of Obama and his 1930's fascist economists, we still stand a good chance of converting
to a gold standard and coming out on top, worldwide. But we must act NOW. And I fear we do
not have the moral and political courage to do what we must do.
IT'S TEA TIME
Wednesday is the beginning of the TEA party resurgence. There will be a gathering of
TEA party activists on the green in front of the Lincoln Memorial in protest of the IRS miscreance and
other wickedness by the Federal government.

Five of the members of the "gang of 8"
Take a good look at the picture of the gang of 8 I stole from the Daily Caller. Chuck Schumer
appears to be using Lindsey Graham as a hand puppet while Marco Rubio looks on as if drugged, and McCain looks amused as
if he's done it all before. And of course, McCain has.
What have they done this time? Well, they promised us that there would be genuine
border security before anybody talked about citizenship or even amnesty for illegals. GUESS WHAT?
Your Federal Senate chocked full of RINOS and Democrats has voted to pass on that little detail, not
only voting down a better fence for protection, but taking away the money that was voted for under Reagan
that was never spent for the last fence that was voted on.
Most of us can't get to the Mall in DC. That's understandable. But we can all
get to a voting booth. There are enough people in this state to vote out Lindsey Graham. There are enough
sensible people in the Corridor of Shame to vote out Jim Clyburn. We need not just to get behind these people
with money, but in many cases, to BE these people.
It truly and really is TEA TIME.
IT'S NICE TO KNOW I'M NOT CRAZY
As Barack Obama fumbles his way across Northern Ireland, it's nice to
know somebody is preparing for the cold war that he's going to cause. According to an article in
the Washington Examiner,
conservative House Republicans will unveil legislation to help industry - especially utilities - harden
against Electro-Magnetic Pulses.

The simplest protection against an EMP is a faraday cage. The cheapest faraday cage is a
steel garbage can, lined with corrugated cardboard.
Long the stuff of science fiction, EMPs can be caused by very strong pulses from
the Sun - "solar pulses" and "coronal mass ejections" - but they can also be caused by high atmospheric
atomic bombs. An enemy such as a belligerent China or a wayward Russia could simply toss a single
hydrogen bomb 60 miles into the air and it could wipe out all the running electronics in America, except
Hawaii and Alaska. Unless, of course, we were hardened against such an attack.
Currently, we are not. And the last time I wrote about this, I got email from people
joking that I had gone off my meds. Well, I haven't, the threat is real, and the Sun, if no other foe,
is truly acting in an erratic manner - the awful weather we've had lately is a certain sign of that.
EMP threats are real. A terrorist could create one with a suitcase atomic bomb in a tall building in
Philadelphia and destroy the Northeastern Electric Grid and take the nation's electronic trading system
with it for weeks. So far, we have been very, very lucky - the NSA certainly hasn't helped any, as
recent discoveries have shown, althought the FBI and CIA may have been.
With everything else to worry about, this is actually something that we can do, and we can
afford to do. Let's hope the Democrats don't stand in the way.
STUPID IS AS STUPID DOES
If the House passes the Senate bill as it is projected to pass with its heralded 70 votes - Lindsey
will be among the yeas - it will have a law which will allow an unlimited number of illegal aliens to enter the
United States if they can get here by the cutoff date. Those people will then be able to squeeze around a thinly
designed law and get all the welfare they need while only having to TAKE an English course, not LEARN English.
My sources are adamant: The Justice Department WILL NOT enforce ANY border security law -
have they done anything but give lip service to the laws of the land? Now, if Eric Holder is forced to resign, there
may be a temporary spate when a border security law is enforced, and much will be made of it, but eventually that
part of the law will be forgotten, just like the last time.
You really don't have to ask why Republicans do such stupid things when you realize a practicing alcoholic
is at the helm of the House and so many Republicans in the Senate are enablers.
CASSANDRA REDUX
Oddly, business news reporters are not calling the behavior of the roller-coaster
stock market, "wild swings." Yet, that is exactly what's happening, and the behavior is spookily similar
to that of 1987. I know. I was there.
DO you remember? The summer before the "Great '87 Crash After the Great '29 Crash"
people were claiming the sky was the limit. People couldn't believe that the market would ever effectively go down.
Oh, sure, there those who said there would be some corrections, but basically, it was "up, up, up!"

"Cassandra warns Troy of their imminent destruction.."
a Tarot card illustration from the 19th Century. The Trojans
blew her off and bought the horse, instead. Did not turn
out well for Troy.
As the Summer of '87 progressed, the markets gyrated wildly. In the beginning, it went up a hundred
or so and down a hundred or so. Then it was up 200 and down 200. Finally the swings got so wild that there
were murmurs about changing the system.
I remember watching as the the market went down and down and down.. It only took three days. This
time, it will take a week or two, but the fall can be just as devastating, breaks or no breaks. And this time, the rest of the
world will know that our market was being supported by phoney money, injected by the government - that there was no
real value support. Back in '87, money was worth at least, a little something.
Let's see. How many times have I warned about this, now? Just remember, our President is forcing
this situation because he thinks it will actually work. And when it fails, he will say he had nothing to do with it.
Just watch. Cassandra is yelling at the gates of Troy.
PS. I saw a video today on Fox Business in which T. Boone Pickens declared that we have all the resources we need
to solve all our financial and economic problems, and he's right. Of course, the state would have to confiscate
every cent from every small business and every working person so that people like Pickens and the other super-rich
could keep on being super-rich. Because the super-rich don't have nearly enough and the USA is bankrupt 8-times over.
But you just keep right on potificatin', there, ole' T. Boone.. How's that wind-farm thing doin', BTW?
EEOC WILL SUE YOU IF YOU DON'T HIRE BLACK FELONS
We already know that the current Federal administration is the most corrupt since
Clinton's which was the most corrupt since Grant. As if to put a punctuation mark on that
observation, the EEOC has brought suit against BMW in Spartanburg County for not
hiring convicted felons because they are African-Americans.
Read that last sentence, again.
You can parse the lawsuit any way you want to, but the bottom line is
what it is.
The Constitution of the United States is supposed to keep government from
doing exactly what it is doing to BMW. And in our State, businesses have a right to hire whomever they wish for whatever
legal purpose for as long as they wish. That right extends to the policies of companies they
hire as agents and suppliers. BMW has a strict rule about hiring convicted felons. The Federal
government should have no say, whatsoever, as long as race is not a factor. Race is not a factor.
CRIMINAL RECORD IS
Ah, but as justification the EEOC says they have a new "interpretation" of the
rules from above. That, of course, will be Obama, but not Obama. Of course, the suit is unconstitutional
and it will have to be tried through all the courts and cost BMW some big bucks, but this is the
kind of corrupt bullying you are going to have to put up with until the thieving, cheating, bullying Administration and their
acolytes are run out of South Carolina and DC, utterly.
The great Roman historian Tacitus said it best - "The more numerous the laws, the more corrupt the
government." (Corruptissima re publica plurimae leges.) And now we have a "new interpretation."
SO WRONG AND YET SO RIGHT
Barack Obama is a lying 1930's Italian fascist. His people use anti-constitutional devices
to catalogue conversations on phones (yes, phones - I know they assure us this isn't being done, but there
will be an eventual doc dump and you will see they do), in our emails, snooping the sites we go to on the
internet, keeping conservatives and TEA partiers from operation through suppression by the FBI, IRS,
and now, the EPA. The President was in front of the Nation, again today, flouting the immigration law
by publicly harboring an illegal alien while making a speech!
But Obama has friends in the Republican party - Carl Rove and Speaker Boehner come to
mind. They are calling the very confused tattle-tale a traitor. For certain, he's not a hero. There
are ways a whistle-blower can do what whistle-blowers do, and there is plenty of evidence that he
joined the company that serviced the NSA in order to punk the spy service in the un-constitutional endeavors.
What this young man has done is put a face on the problem with a government that is too big.
And, yes, part of it was Republicans fault, but mostly Democrats, which may be why NSA Director Clapper dug himself deeper in a
hearing before questioners of both parties in Congress.
If your computer has audio and video capability, if your phone has a camera, or your washing machine
or refrigerator has access to the internet or can receive voice commands, anyone with
access to the internet and the right software or can read a chip at a distance can see and hear you, make no mistake about it.
We already know the Obama administration has the will to suppress certain persons because of their political ideals. We also
know, because of the Benghazi scandal, that Obama AND his administration has the will to lie to the American people
when it comes to covering their butt.
NSA wouldn't allow it? FBI wouldn't allow it? IRS wouldn't allow it? EPA wouldn't allow it? WHEN ALL
IS SAID AND DONE, WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE??
Knowing all of this, do you actually think that the Obama administration will stop at anything
to suppress anything, unless they are stopped? Likewise, do you actually think Boehner or the people who support him
have the will to fight or even bother to outthink Obama?
Do you think we need new leaders?
A REVOLUTIONARY MANDATE
One of the reasons we fought the Revolutionary War (well.. those whose ancestors DID
do the fighting - there are a lot of citizens in America, today, riding on the blood of others - I'm one)
was to stop the practice of open net investigations, warrantless British soldiers going from door to door in
search of suspects. It has always been the lazy way of investigation, and it almost always never garners any
worthwhile evidence.

One of the reasons we fought the Revolutionary War was to stop the
practice of warrantless British soldiers going from door to door.
Here we are, over 200 years later, and we have a Federal law which legalizes the
very thing which our ancestors fought against. Now, we even have prominent Conservatives and our own Lindsey Graham saying that this
freedom from personal invasion, this violation of the Fourth Amendment, is OK!
I'm not going to beat up on Graham. He gets interviewed so many times that he says
too much. He owns enough political capital that he can pull this one back, and here's hoping he'll do just that.
But there are some very confused Republicans out there who actually think the open net
policy is a good thing. Please note the names of these people for further reference. And there are also "Authorities"
making blindly ignorant statements such as, "When we get the information we do NOTHING with it." Well, they
might have done nothing with it under the Bushes, but that was then.
Also, this is not a time to talk about Loyalty to W. I would trust him far more than the lying
farce that came after him, but he is not President, the lying farce is. I do not trust him, nor his agents, nor this law
with this President in office.
But the real culprit is the lack or resolve. Our investigators have gotten lazy.
They do not have to violate the 4th Amendment to catch terrorists, but they do it anyway because it is easier than
the footwork that good investigation demands. The current practice and its enabling law is evil and wicked and wrong.
Our forefathers knew what they were doing.
PRESIDENT SNOOPS FOR TRUTH IN CALIFORNIA
It is a shame that the President did not make his speech in front of Congress today. He
could then be impeached and convicted of lying before Congress. The programs DO sift YOUR information for CONTENT.
In other words: THEY ARE LISTENING TO YOUR PHONE CALLS AND WATCHING WHAT YOU WATCH ON THE INTERNET.
And the administration DOES SHOP Federal Judges for easy warrants. And the abuses ARE HIS administrations, NOT Congress's.
And yes, they've been doing it since Clinton and more under Bush and much more under Obama. And it IS ABOUT TRUST.
And HE IS BIG BROTHER.
And NO, we don't trust the Executive and we don't trust the FBI and CIA and the NSA and we don't
trust the Democrat strangled Senate and we don't trust the Liberal legislating courts. NO. WE. DON'T.
Oh, and he lied about Obamacare, too. But there's nothing new, there.
Powerful State Senators Doing Important Things - For Themselves - Not For You
The travesty of the Demos and the RINOs in Columbia (see story immediately below) looks even worse today now that
we know just how untrustworthy the IRS is going to be when administering Obamacare. The AG is a liar.
The IRS is filled with liars. The FBI has been lying. Your local Senators have just turned you over to them.
We learned for a fact today that the Obama Administration is spying on ALL of US. If you're
not scared now, God help you. (Don't even ask me to comment on Lindsey's dumb statement today or Carl Rove's
on the Verizon deal)

Your government has been logging your phone calls and checking
your internet content. However, some Obamaphones were not monitored.
They are looking at your internet CONTENT. They are looking at your phone records. They
are using it against a vast list of people on a possible black list. Are you on it?
I'm sorry, this isn't the Bush administration. And even if it were, Carl Rove can't argue
himself out of this one. The Anti-Terror Laws must be changed. But in any case, there are no worthy people serving on a
Federal Executive level at this time to administer the law.
We must rid ourselves of this bureaucratic cultural cancer in America. We can either rid
ourselves of the Obama jammers and begin to support the WHOLE Constitution of the United States of America, or face
the consequences. We are not helpless. But we need to start HERE. We need more people like Trey Gowdy and Jim DeMint and Tim Scott
and less like those pompous jackwagon Senators who sold out the state today, in Columbia.
RINOs, RACE - BAITERS, WHITE - GUILTERS WIN
(Thursday, June 6, 2013) - Watching the debate in the Senate, it became obvious that the will to
protect South Carolina's citizens simply does not exist within the body. It was also obvious
that ancient hatred of whites by blacks and ancient guilt of white ancestor's actions toward
people of darker hue was the driving force of the day, not logic, not fortitude, not even
the fear of bankruptcy by its citizenry.

Your Senate tables Obamacare Nullification Bill
until January, when it may be too late.
Yes, the nullification bill is dead, even as watered down and inoffensive as it
was. But what is so amazing is that the Senators do not realize that they do not have another year
to make it right. This fascist system of health care will force thousands to either drop health care
insurance or pay piratical amounts. For private health care, they are MANDATED to pay a
minimum of $20,000 a year for a family of five. That is a fact. In a large business, you may be lucky enough
to have to pay only another increase of 30%-50% more on your premiums.
But your Senate, YOUR SENATE has betrayed you. The race baiters and
the white guilters threatened law suits and said they were violating their oaths. And the Powers
said "no," and that was that. Make no mistake, the "poor" will continue to ride for free. They
have no skin in the game and get all the benefits therefrom. And WE WILL PAY. Your Senate
has seen to it that it shall be so.
AND THEY DID IT IN TOTAL BLACKOUT. And to boot, THEY WENT INTO EXECUTIVE
SESSION to avoid showing how they were killing this last hope for the state's working citizens.
EXECUTIVE SESSION! So, the powerful weasel back to their constituents and
slap each other on the back, knowing they will be elected, again. Of course some of their
constituents get the stuff. And, the People will forget by 2014. So far,
they always have. They always do.
As you pay through the nose for a system which does not need to exist, remember
that you are served by not enough patriots and by too many empty clackers, race-baiters, and white-guilters.
They win. South Carolina loses.
L'Etat C'Est Moi!
Congressman Jim McDermott of Washington State is what is wrong with America.
Becky Gerritson of the Wetumptka, Alabama, TEA Party is what's right. There. I've said it.
Of course, Washington State is a left coast joke, but that doesn't give McDermott the
right to be Nobility. America does not have Dukes and Earls and Kings and Queens. But he certainly acts like it.
He also doesn't know the difference between investigating an ongoing 501(c)(4) organization and refusing licensing to
a 501(c)(4) organization which has proposed to do nothing more than what the ACLU or the NAACP does!
But McDermott is everything we have come to expect in a progressive or liberal
Democrat - arrogant, self-important, demanding, corrupt, above the law, and beneath contempt.

Becky Gerritson of the Wetumptka, Alabama, TEA Party
Insulted, Maligned, Bullied by Democrats on the panel & the IRS,
but still standing for freedom.
Now comes Becky Gerritson, a TEA Party lady. Of course, she's supposed to be a bigot.. she's from Alabama.
Aren't ALL people from Alabama bigots? Certainly, the Southern Poverty Law Center's Hate Map (and, yes,
there is such a ludicrous thing) shows that to be a "fact." How can she be so sincere? How can she be so
believable? That isn't what McDermott and his fellow Democrats want you to believe. But those of us who know of
Becky, know McDermott and his running dogs are completely wrong.
In this case, defending the IRS is like defending the treachery of Judas in the Garden
of Gethsemane. What was McDermott thinking?
If this doesn't make you madder than a hornet, then you are totally without redemption. We were going to
just give you the exchange which you can find on YouTube.com, but, instead, I have decided to direct you to the full recording
of the hearing, Tuesday morning. After you view the whole thing,
contemplate this: If you consider yourself a TEA Party patriot, the current administration thinks you are a bigot.
And because they think you are a bigot, EVERYTHING you do and say is subject to investigation by any arm of the Federal
government they see fit. They have not stopped, they have only paused while they cover their current tracks.
If you think this is not so, then you are a FOOL. Recent events prove you so.
WHAT IT WAS, WAS NOT FOOTBALL

Carolina pitcher, Jordan Montgomery, throws seven flawless
innings in Gamecocks' 19-3 victory over the Liberty Flames
But you wouldn't know that by the score. The very team which had humiliated the Gamecocks
at the beginning of the college season, beating the Birds by double digits, was handed a defeat which came very
close to being called on the 20 Run Rule.
And you can't help asking, "Where were these batters and pitchers in the SEC Tournament?"
UPDATE: Anyway, Clemson's season is over & the Gamecocks are headed to the SuperRegionals in North Carolina,
after defeating Liberty 6-4 in a heart-stopper at Columbia.
