You don't know what you're talking about. Polls with small samples are inherently false. How many times do we need to say it? In 2002, two British mathematicians proved that game theory is the same thing as chaos theory.

One more time. Statistics is used in political polling. Statistics use game theory. In order for statistics to achieve anything near accuracy, you would need a sample that is at least the size of the square root of the population you are sampling. None of the samples in ANY of the political polling being done for either side is big enough to predict anything. No-one knows who is winning or losing.

So, please, please just stop talking. You don't know anything more than a bad guess. Any of you..

47% of Americans do not pay any income tax. That is a fact. Obama is dividing the country into haves and have-nots. That is a fact. 23% of Americans paid little or nothing into Social Security or Medicare, yet will receive the benefits. That is a fact. Most of those 23% live on Welfare and Medicaid. Some Truth
Their President, Barack Obama actually told the truth the other day. He said, in a stump speech more important than attending a security briefing on the terrorism against Americans, that this election is about the fundamental direction of our country.

So ask yourself,"Do you want a country where the power is concentrated in the hands of a very few people, who are closeted away from the will of the people?" If so, you must vote for Barack Obama. If on the other hand, you believe in capitalism, free speech, personal responsibility, small AND large business, and freedom from bureaucratic rule, then you MUST vote for Mitt Romney, not Gary Johnson, nor any other fringe candidate who bleeds away precious votes that might help re-instate the current administration.

To vote for anyone who represents a possibility of Progressive continuation is disastrously misguided. It's like shooting off your dog's nose before you go hunting. Not only is it over-compensating, it's over-generalizing. Example: I want a fair tax, specie currency, no drug laws - at all, loser pays law suits, no blue laws, capital punishment for pedophiles, outlawing of incidental medical insurance, open carry laws with mandatory firearms training in high school, and public shunning of the politically correct and vegans, but alot of that is not going to happen.

I will settle for the first few items - I mean, our drug laws are pretty stupid. But I'm not going to sit in the middle of the street and cry like a baby because Romney is not going to fall on his sword to get public shunning of vegans. It would be self-absorbing and ridiculously juvenile of him, if he did. You won't hear Bob McClain on WORD in Greenville, or Radio Free Rocky Free on WTMA in Charleston being this stupid. The afternoon guy on whatever station they have in Columbia is a squishy passive-aggressive, but then, he has to survive in a squishy passive-aggressive city with their deaf, mute, and blind police chief.

The important part of this CWP business is that the state of South Carolina has wisely decided that a CWP candidate should require a rigorous training in the handling and law which deals with every facet. And contrary to many critics, it is not a way to keep citizens from carrying around guns. It fills a void that our less than stellar public schools have failed to fill - marksmanship.

And it appears to be working. In fact, the only part of the licensing process that could be made more productive is the wait time. They say it takes 90 days, but we all know that's baloney. But thirty days is certainly acceptable and ought to be the rule. So listen up, SLED. 30 DAYS, GUYS n GALS!

There is so much evidence mounting that not only is his economic attempts an utter failure, but his foreign policy has dissolved into a pool of lies. Maybe JZ or Letterman can tell us. I am genuinely appalled at CNN, NBC, MSNBC, ABC, and CBS. However, it is grossly evident that their news departments are either frauds or cowards. Even CNN withheld the Lybian ambassador's journal until the Whitehouse had a chance to organize a phony-baloney excuse Only Fox and conservative blogs have reported that the Democrats' president and his peeps lied like inexpensive prostitutes over the Mideast riots, organized terrorism, and murders of American citizens. Where is their objectivity? Where is their thirst for the truth? [Since I wrote this, early on Saturday (9/22), CNN revealed what was in the Diary. Naturally the administration lied about that, too, and threw CNN under the bus, today. When you do a favor for this administration you do not go unpunished.]

The time for disappointment is over. Unless you just want to hear lies or garbage dictated by the current administration, there is no longer any reason to watch "news" on those five media outlets. Do not EVER tell me, again, about how good these cowards are. What is even more embarrassing is that when the current federal government's economic fascism evolves into physical fascism, as it surely must, those cowardly media outlets will be the first ones up against the wall.

Look, It's Football, OK?
Connor Shaw was close to perfect in Saturday's game against Mizzou. My only real concern is that he is playing through the pain in his shoulder, and pain is the Almighty's way of telling us something is wrong. I am probably overthinking the thing, but it just bothers me. Is Shaw a man of excellent talent and ethos? No doubt about it. He is a hero, surrounded by strong friends.

People are still scratching their heads over the Clemson - Florida State game. What happened in the last 25 game-minutes? Clemson was leading by TWO TOUCHDOWNS! Still, this sort of thing is what makes college football so much more enjoyable than pro football and so much more exasperating.

At times like this, you have to ask yourself, just how many times Obama can screw up and still be protected by NBC, CBS, and CNN. It's only a matter of days until his outright-lie about which came first - the movie or the terrorist - is exposed. And I have to admit that when my sources told me there was absolute proof that Susan Rice and Obama's media clacks just plain lied about the Movie and the Terrorists and Fast and Furious, I did not report it because there was only one source with actual proof.

Now, there are several sources, who tell me that when it happens, many people will not be paying attention - it is, after all football season. So, it is entirely possible that most people will never hear of it. But it will happen. I predict that the drive-bys will scramble to make it seem as if it's not true,

But, you have to understand that something else is happening. The reporters and anchors at CNN, CBS, and NBC are losing the respect of the very few real journalists left at the big outlets; And journalists - no matter how corrupt - like to be thought of as even handed, fair, and hard-working. Things may actually change with the next Obama lie.

I have been wrong before, but my sources are many on this evidence coming out soon. We shall see.

You're Not Dreaming
Basically, UN Ambassador Susan Rice lied for 14 minutes on Fox News Sunday on Barack Obama's pitiful foreign policy. I felt sorry for her, but then remembered that she got where she was by being an openly economic fascist ideologue. But don't be surprised that the administration is telling such bold lies. They cannot abide reality in the Middle East - it's not their plan.

Don't faint.. but I believe Romney probably should have waited a couple of days. Obama shot himself in the foot three times this week over the Middle East situation, even counting the Romney Statement. Of course many did not see the Obamagaffs, because they get their news from the Drive Bys. I also think that Romney's election guys are not up to the bloodthirstiness necessary to win against people who lie ALL the time.

Nevertheless, to all my Jewish friends: Happy Rosh Hashanah! Enjoy your new year as best you can. If Obama is re-elected, it may be the last one celebrated in Irael. At least in Romney, you have a true friend.

"Leadership School"
Every once in awhile, I watch SC ETV, just to remind myself what garbage looks like. Sure enough, they had a program on called "A Community Concern." The show focused on two school systems - one in California, and one in New York City - and an effort, ostensibly to improve the learning curve of high school students there.

The basic gist of the program was that the students in the two systems weren't learning very well because they just didn't have a good image of themselves. This, by itself, seems odd, because that's practically all the school systems in California and New York City do - try to grow students' self esteem.

What becomes painfully clear upon listening to what the people who are leading this leadership school project is that even they recognize that the students are not learning. If that were all, and they wanted to establish a charter school, it would be great - fade out, happy ending. But they want to fight water with water. In fact, learning stuff is frowned upon by the Leadership School. They call it "memorization." But High School IS the place where the kids get a basic knowledge of math, grammar, history, science, Greek and Latin (and, maybe German), and the arts. It's NOT a time for dissecting the philosophical ideas of tautologies. You don't vomit back facts in college, but you do need to learn something to vomit back in High School. Frankly as a college professor, I'm tired of teaching your children the grammar and history they should have learned in High School.

OK, fine, but what kind of things DO they have them do, beside bitching about not getting a building they think they need? Their idea of education is drawing murals, something called "brainstorming," and training to be community organizers (I am NOT kidding.)

A redheaded female organizer in California said they were getting better academic results, but a quick check of the facts show that this simply is not the case. The Leadership School's Math and Grammar levels are still low. Their graduation rate, even teaching them nothing, is poor. pathetic. And of course, there is no science or meaningful art being taught. And do they get into real colleges? Hard to tell. But they sure have pride and self esteem.

One of the obvious problems of such shows on ETV, is that they reinforce falsehoods and creates stereotypes of education methods which are completely corrupt. And to think ETV actually PAID to run the program..

Speaking of Education..
Chicago kids will be out of school for another week. The wonderful teachers union asking for a 25-30% pay increase (from an average of $76,000+/yr, already) and tenure trumps competency. Mayor Rahm Emmanuel deserves all the contempt he can garner. His party caused this abuse of the system and now, he expects NOT to pay the piper? The best part about it is that the children are spared one more week of union-driven drivel.

Foobaw Y'aw!
Yeah, some pretty bad referee calls in both the Carolina and Clemson (and Furman) games, today. But as Frank Howard used to say, bad calls are part of the game, and ya hafta play so it doesn't matter.

As much as I hate to say it, South Carolina was a totally different team under Dylan Thomas - as one silly announcer on ESPN called him last week. Nevertheless, Thompson did "not go gentle into that good night." Connor Shaw has more guts than any three people, but when you are genuinely hurt, there are few miracles in your bag. It is one of the tragedies of the game, but the game is what the game is.. and Shaw needs time to truly heal. It would be great if the NCAA would cut him some slack and let him play an extra year, but they're so screwed up, you can't count on them for anything but show.

Taj Boyd and Clemson looked really, really good today, even though Furman played hard against them. Unless the Tigers mess up big-time, they will win many, many games.

What is really happening is not about this video or this film. It's the next step in radical Islam, which our Administration does not understand or know how to approach. This violence is not a religious argument - an argument, by the way, which cannot be won by comparing scriptures, as you can clearly see, above..

The story is that only one person in the history of the world was without sin, but believing that should not be considered an excuse to kill or be killed, or legislated against with health insurance laws, or having freedoms restricted by political correctness or violence in other countries - that stupid, clumsily-made video to the contrary.

I have already written to you about the embarrassment that Ben Bernanke is to South Carolina. The entirely political move by the un-audited Fed, today, will just add debt. It will only give a cosmetic boost to the stock market, which will just crash even further this fall, because, the market goes up to adjust to inflation each time quantitative easing [printing money for big banks] occurs.

It's great for those of us who own oil or precious metals, but many people have believed the lie that our money has become and have not invested in a sensible commodity as well as stocks. Bernanke truly is trying to put lipstick on a real porker. remember that small businesses are killed by fascist economic policies. Only large companies, like those wall street traded companies, will appear to do better. But even they will, eventually, fall apart as the dollars they borrow dissolve.

Just as stupidly, the media has been caught with their pants down, agreeing amongst themselves to attack Romney who only told the truth about what's happening in the Islamicist countries. Many people are now asking if they really are being punked by their favorite medium.

The foreign policy signals from Washington HAVE BEEN mixed and confused. Marines without bullets in their rifles. Apologies for our First Amendment. Islamicists really killing COPTIC Christians. Pretending that Islamicists want to cooperate with us.. But the really odious part of this is that there is no honesty in anything surrounding the reporting of the Middle Eastern upheavals. Rather than initially being a ruckus about a movie, the Egyptian and Lybian 9/11 protests were about Obama, spiking the ball over the death of bin Laden. The protest over the dumb movie was in ISRAEL originally. AP may have someone who speaks Yemeni Arabic, but they completely misstranslated the Egyptian slogans and didn't even bother to translate the Lybian slogans for themselves.

Remember, I TOLD you that there would be falsehoods, even from the formerly trusted Mainstream Media as the election got closer. It has already begun.

For years, many of us have been warning our readers, listeners, and viewers to look at people's actions, and compare it to what they say. The past week has been very instructive in this subject.

Half of all Democrats don't want God in their lives, and when called upon, voted as much in their convention - but they reversed when criticized, and said they did want God.

The executive branch Opies say they are disciplined and hardened warriors. But too many leaks prove they have no control whatsoever.

The Opies say they back Israel. Yet, every action they make - like the snubbing AGAIN of the Israeli Excutive who begged for a meeting - shows they have no real care for our Red Sea brethren.

Obama wanders in the desert of morality - granting favors to cronies and political contributors - while his operatives blather platitudes.

Teachers in Chicago say they are great at their jobs and deserve to be paid an average of $100,000 each! Yet an examination of Chicago's non-charter public schools revealed that they are some of the worst in the Nation.

The incumbents say things are getting better, but the reality is that One is always more than Zero - and One is where we are.

None of this would matter, if the weak and powerless wanted to better themselves with hard work and honest self-inspection. But far too many people want the handout, want the baby money, want the graft and the mooch.

We must resolve to knuckle down even more and get people to vote for a free America. We must, or we must learn to live with fascism and political fantasy.

People were actually saying that he had surpluses during his administration, when every decent economist knows this to be complete Bullesgeschichte. The Amateur in Chief even got a bounce out of Clinton's speech. But that's because people have forgotten the stained, blue dress, the failure of impeachment because of congressional skeletons in congressional closets, riding the Reagan economy into the sunset, and of course the string of "suicides," which littered the Whitewater landscape.

After catching snippets of the Clinton bloviation on Youtube.com, I decided to listen to what Obama would say. I missed the stupid Vice Presidential speech, last night, but that's best, probably. And when I saw Charles Krauthammer's take on Il Duce's speech, I realized that I had wasted my time, listening to it. It was flat, dumb, and empty. He delivered it in a sterling manner. But isn't that just what the Democrats had to do? They have no ground on which to stand. They have no facts. They have no saving graces. They have no real appreciation for the Diety. They have no real appreciation for how money is made. So they pound the podium. Pound it well, mind you, but that's all it was. How very, very sad.

Jobs Numbers
My sources tell me that whatever numbers come out today, they will be "tweaked" by the Obama people. Even if the numbers are bad they will still be higher than reality. The "Opies," as they are beginning to be called, with some irony, will, in a month or so, revise the numbers downward. It's all about the optics. They were in the market, yesterday, creating a faux rally, say my sources, and Obama referenced it in his speech. They knew Mario Draghi was going to make a statement on the Euro. Immediately, it was interpreted as "definitive" by the Opies. Added to that, was buying in the market by other Opies. The market went up on below-average volume. There was a lot of selling on the upward movements. The Euro debt crisis is still a crisis. Note the high-volume selling on Wall Street at the end of the day. Once again, if you're a small investor chasing the market, you probably got punked by the optics.

Our Health Care
"Man dies after doc takes lunch during kidney op" the headline read, on the Swedish news online service. Yes. It's true. The doctor took a lunch break DURING the operation. SO did the anesthetist and the anesthesia nurse! A. LUNCH. BREAK.

Doctors work for the government, in Sweden. The medical system is a public service system, which means you can't sue the government. Nor anyone else who works for the government. This is the same system that both Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid said was the "most advanced in the world." Hope they are proud of their American "accomplishment."

Now, I would love to give you the urls for both of their speeches, but they have been what is called "firewalled." That is, Democrats have, legally, paid Google, Yahoo!, and Bing to make you jump through many hoops to get to the online quotes, only to find that they have been removed - all the while disabling your "back" button, so that you have to re-enter your search words. We had to go to LexisNexis.com, to get the original wording, but if you go to that site, you'll have to pay for a membership, which is not cheap. The speeches might still be on youtube.com.

One Other Thing:
The fact that MTV had to advertize on Fox to get people to watch is an irony above weirdness.

As you know, I'm giving the Beer Pong exercise in Charlotte a miss. But you can't avoid the overt fascist "vote" to add back into their platform the mention of The Almighty and Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel. Sooooooo lame. You just know they're going to punt all of that if they get re-elected again.

I could be wrong, but..
A lot of people seem to be following the suggestion I and a very few other bloggers made some time ago - to fib to or avoid poll takers. It's not really like lying - it's more like using bug spray. The Dems really think they have a chance. But this strategy will only work if everybody who's doing this, votes. So don't forget.

And Clinton's Speech?
I'm sure the shrinking middle class didn't buy it. The only thing he didn't say was, "I did not have sex with that woman..." Then again, why do you think they call him "Slick Willy?" Remember - pay attention to what Dems DO, not what they SAY.

One Truth
Barack Obama and the Dems are telling the truth about one very important aspect of the economy, if I'm reading Dick Morris correctly: If you are a buddy of a powerful Washington Democrat, run a very big business which relies on or borrows from a very big bank, or are a big union boss, YOU ARE DOING BETTER than four years ago. Fascism is great for big banks, big hospitals, big business, big government, and big unions - until the world discovers your money isn't worth anything after paying for the hole the lack of small business crushed by big business creates.

who are thinking of robbing and assaulting people in Charlotte this week: please understand that your normal tactics will not work. We are Southerners. And even if our Cousins to the North are more liberal than we, many are not that stupid. Many BELIEVE in gun rights. That means you will most likely be shot if you trespass. You will definitely be shot if you assault one of us who carry a CWP. You will certainly be shot if you try to harm us in any way. Not by police, but by those of us who carry.

Back From Vacation
I'll write more tomorrow, but I have to share this with you. I have never laughed so hard at anything as I have at the new political ad starring Bill Clinton. It is such a washout, and he is so full of it! It would be different if there were more in it than a glancing blow at the truth. But, in his little speech, he betrays the very system which allowed him what few kudos he deserved as President.

One other thing - There is a great lineup of movies on this week - especially if you have DirecTV or cable - and I plan to watch them. They say that the one thing theatre and film CANNOT be is real. This week, in Charlotte, we will see reason give way to theatre. That's why I'll be watching the movies. At least with the movies, you know it's not real.
