(NYC) - "Boy, aren't they a bunch of nappy-headed hos!" - Don Imus

"Tawanda Brawley was raped by a couple of red-neck honkies." - The Reverend Albert Sharpton.

"What do you expect? It's 'Hymie-Town.'"- The Reverend Jessie Robertson Jackson.

"They be nothin' but queers - they jus' queers - like you!" - Mr. Ice Cube.

Apparently, a Borg may look at a king. Apparently also, a Borg may call the King some dirty epithets. Apparently, now, the Borg have decided to eat one of their own.

If it were not so completely silly, it would be sad, but let's face it, Donald Imus hasn't been entertaining since the early 70's when rock 'n' roll split into rockabilly, disco, hard-rock, weed-rock, etc., and he was a hammer-jock on 66 WNBC. He was only marginally funny, then. He has always been bitter.

But Don Imus forgot who he was - one of the Borg - those half human/half liberal machine whose sole purpose is to assimilate gutless moderates, deceive rusting libertarians, and destroy forgetful conservatives. The Borg will lie, steal, and cheat anybody, anywhere, in order to assimilate the world into their politically correct wet-dream fantasy that we can legislate our way to a perfect society. Imus forgot that "assimilation" meant "cannabalize." Guess who's going to be Dinner?

Before his star sets, you might want to check out what Imus has done for terminally ill, minority poor kids at his ranch out west and remember that true worth is worthless to the Borg. Odd that only the likes of me and others like me are defending his body of work, if not his unfortunate use of the language over the past few days. Nevertheless, his affiliations are his choice, and to quote Sir Richard from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, "He chose poorly."

This is a delicious cautionary tale: this is what the left does when its constituents get bored or fall out of line or there's not enough attention being paid to them. And who are the hatchet men? Why, only two of the most disreputable among them.

But this is their party. And they WILL have at it. Just look on it in amazement and remember. Remember.
