"This has been confirmed over and over, and this is a generalization. Again, there are some blacks who are more intelligent than individual whites. But as a rule, that is true.         I thought this kind of thing was long passed us. Apparently, it isn't.

        So, for the umpty-scratch time, here are the FACTS:

        While it is true that the average IQ test of more-recent-yet-less-recent-than-the-most-recent-African immigrants are less by quite some distance compaired to Orientals and not so much less than private school caucasians, but, apparently a greater distance from public school caucasians, it is not true that a greater IQ rating, by modern methods, mean anything at all. Or to put it less politely, if Einstein had been held to modern pseudoeducational standards, spurred on by modern IQ tests, he would have never been ALLOWED to develop any theory, much less the theory of relativity. He was dyslexic and chemically depressed, for Diogenes' sake. he didn't even do his own math problems, but rather used his girlfriend to do the math, like a kind of kiss-and-tell computer.

        IQ tests only show that kids can take IQ tests. They may also be able to figure out strengths and weaknesses when it comes to physical disabilities such as dyslexia and very pronounced intelligence difficiencies. There are even those who think Einstein would have averaged out at about 95 on the current IQ scale.

        Sort it out for yourself. Read ALL the information, and you will find that the sons and daughters of former South Carolina slaves fit the national IQ average for "African Americans," as quoted by Mr. McCuen.

        The problem is not racial, however. It is cultural.

        For too long, little black boys and little black girls have been told they are victims. That the big bad WHITE MAN controls everything and wants to see them back a-pickin cotten and a-singin good ole slave songs back on de plantation. They have been told by people who live in conditions so different from them, in enormous, overcrowded, nasty cities with no souls and no love. They are told to think of their daddies as on crack and their moms as hoes. They are told BY THEIR GHETTO CULTURE that they must, after all, fail, and, in failing, recreate their own hell - and that that's ok.

        This is, of course, utterly false.

        But the facts plainly show that IQ tests are themselves stupid. The facts show that it is the black leaders who suck the life out their own people, thinking that this is the only way to advance themselves.

        So why, in this age of Southern enlightenment do pink people such as Mr. McCuen say such things?

        Personally, I think they do it because they don't really know any better. I think they are tired of being held back by laws, which were meant to legislate good, create the evil of envy. And I think our society is so extraordinarily screwed up that we are incapable of making a moral judgement, or even a kind judgement.

        You don't know how much I want to punch McCuen, who - if he's from a family that's been here since before the Late Unpleasantness - is probably a distant cousin, in the nose for saying something of such flimsy surface that hurts so many so deeply. Not just because his facts are simplistic and don't take into account, not 300 years of slavery, but 50 years of Black Demagoguery. Not just because it is so obviously a statement of frustration. But because the Black Demagogues and Poverty Pimps will trot out the "N" thing and use it to further enslave their own people in a hell of poverty and ignorance, to make a fast buck.

        The BD's and PP's will keep the real truth - that THEY are the problem, along with a completely stupid state educational system which fosters really dumb ideas like the current IQ system - from getting out and being solved.

        McCuen ought to be fired, not for being a racist, but for being so academically handicapped.
