"Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies."

July 21, 2005

The Fleetwood Mac song goes, "Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies." It's all about how someone is hoping that his close friend will stop fibbing to him/her for just one day.

This strikes a very loud chord when looking at the work of those on the left who happen to have the ear of the majority of major media punks. A major media punk is someone who reports for one of the major media. Mostly they work for CBS, NYT, you know, the usual suspects. They are punks because, they are lazy and because they are little more than shovels for the left.

We know why the lefties lie: their ultimate goal is the overthrow of the American government, much the same way they did it in Russia. Won't work, but they only have one song in their sheaf of papers.

We also know why the major media punks act like shovels for the left: They want to believe the bad things about America.

        None of this is new.

What IS new is that, today, we have proof absolute that there were pre-war connections between al-Qaeda and Saddam Hussein. Thanks to the Pakistanis, we now know that the London Bombings were pulled off at the direction and behest of one of the same guys who pulled off 9/11. He is closely linked with pre-war terrorists associated with Saddam Hussein. To believe anything other than there is a true link is polyanna poop.

The bad part is that only FOX had announced the news of what this fellow did and has not even made the connection yet. David Asman could have something about it tomorrow, but that's only a guess on my part.

You can almost guarantee with hard currency that you will not hear about it on British newscasts and certainly nothing from the usual US suspects.

Having said that, you can bet your auntie's panties that there will be an increase in the liars who are saying that Bush lied about this or that to get us into the Iraqi War. They will ignore that facts that call their statements into question.

In this day and age, when people use untruths as a political tactic, those of us who know differently have an obligation. We must take every opportunity to speak up when these liars speak out. It's not funny anymore. Their "sweet little lies" need to be shown for what they are.
